There was no change at the top of the EGR Slots Tracker in April as Play’n GO was able to fend off the chasing Pragmatic Play pack once again.
Book of Dead remained in top spot, while Big Bass Bonanza and Big Bass Splash made up the podium places.
NetEnt’s Starburst was unmoved in fourth and Pragmatic Play’s Gates of Olympus retained its fifth place.
There were some changes in the top 10, as Sweet Bonanza, another Pragmatic Play game, moved from seventh to sixth.
The studio’s Big Bass Vegas Double Down Deluxe also broke into the top half of the rankings last month, moving up one place from 11th.
In terms of April’s biggest movers, Games Global’s 333 Boom Banks Power Combo skyrocketed 93 places to finish in 17th.
Inspired Entertainment’s Golden Winner rose 25 spots to come 12th, while Shining Crown by EGT jumped eight to land in 19th.
Blueprint Gaming’s Fishin’ Frenzy Even Bigger Fish was also a new entrant into the top 20, rising two spots from its March finish of 22nd.
Chilli Heat by Pragmatic Play was the highest-ranking title from March (16th) to fall out of the top 20 altogether in April.
Elsewhere, eGaming Monitor (EGM) data revealed the top-ranking new slots released since 1 February 2025.
Pragmatic Play’s Bigger Bass Splash took the top spot in April following its 3 February release.
The studio’s The Dog House Royal Hunt (31 March release) and Big Bass Return to the Races (25 February) took the silver and bronze medals, respectively, in the new games rankings.
Games Global’s 12 Pots of Gold Drums was the title with the latest release date (8 April) to make it into the top 20.
EGM, EGR’s data partner, tracks casino sites to help collate the monthly slots rankings. It analyses game pages of more than 3,600 casino sites globally, with the European rankings being based on the number of game tiles found for each game across operator sites in regulated markets.
More than 1,200 sites were covered by EGM in Europe for the April rankings.
EGM limits its tracking to just the main casino homepage of each site, with the tracker taking in slots, instants, scratch cards, slingo and crash games but excluding table games, live games, video poker, video bingo and others.
For the April rankings, EGM tracked 17,390 games from 435 studios in 32 European regulated markets including the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.
